How can I apply for employment in Royal Laundry?

You can apply for a job at Royal Laundry by going to our business location and request for an application in our front office. Our address is: 1140 San Mateo Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080.


Current Customers

What should I do if I want special handling with my linen?  If you would like special handling with your linen, please notify your Account Manager 72 hours in advance and he/she will notify us.  Label the bag or cart "Special Handling" with the type of special handling and send the linen with your soiled linen.

How can I receive a copy of my invoice or statement?  If you would like a copy of your invoice or statement, please contact our main office at (650) 873-5353 and we will be happy to fax or send you a copy of the invoice or statement. 

A guest at the hotel lost an item.  How can I find out if the item was found in your plant?

Call us and let us know you are missing an item.  After your linen is processed, we will inform you if the item was found. Everything we find in our customers soiled linen is returned to the hotels.  We keep a lost and found log to track the items found.

What are your office hours?

Royal Laundry's office is open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.  However, you are welcome to call weekdays after 5pm and on weekends. 

Is Royal Laundry open on holidays?

Royal Laundry is open everyday except on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Does Royal Laundry rent linens?

No.  We only process customers own goods.
